Ink manuscript note (by Pask?) on back cover: 'MARVIN MINSKY [cognitive scientist in the field of artificial intelligence, b.1927] | SEYMOUR PAPERT [mathematician, b.1928] | WARREN MACULLOGH' [neurophysiologist and cybernetician, 1898-1969]. In fair condition, on aged and worn paper, with Diagram 7 and a page of Diagram 8 loose, and with a strip of tape staining along one edge, each corresponding to a strip on a page in the pamphlet. Preceding the thirty pages of text are a cover page ('THEATRE WORKSHOP | & | SYSTEM RESEARCH | Proposals for a Cybernetic Theatre | Gordon Pask') and a page with 'List of Contents', divided into twelve sections in two main parts, 'Broad Outline', 1.1 to 1.8, and 'Detailed Specifications', 2.1 to 2.4. Excessively scarce: no copy on COPAC or OCLC WorldCat. The only copy traced is in Pask's own archive in Vienna (Paul Pangaro Pask Collection, Furtado/Pangaro, Box ID), in whose catalogue it is dated to 1964. From the Seymour Papert paper.
