Two pages, 12mo, sunned and lightly foxed, but text clear and complete, as follows: He starts off calling his correspondent a "beast" on a personal matter, continuing, "This is the worst of my Shakespeare papers I think: when you bring it back (and possibly my companion to Eng History?) you might tell me whether you think the essays as a whole are worth republishing as a book". He suggests a meting (lunch dinner "or what"), concluding, "I believe this essay to be a practically no value." Etty's "Studies in Shakespeare's History" are listed by WorldCat, but not COPAC. It appears he mainly contributed to periodicals.
