For your information and for the information of the general public, I think it well to submit here a concise statement, giving the actual figures in thsi Ultimate Financial Statement which in itself did not contain anything new. The Appendix, presumably the White Paper referred to above, (3pp.) concluding (printed) "(Signed) Winston S. Churchill | (Signed) Earnan de Blaghd".
