He accepts their tender for "Plates & crown glass proposed to be furnished . . . to His Royal Highness the Duke of York, subject to " a satisfactory sample to the Clerk of Works "at the Buildings". He asks for prompt delivery of the sample so that the works may proceed immediately . He invites another tender, giving details.
