First page (title) contains a brief list of recipients, including Alan Brooke, Keynes to become "Doctor of Science (Honoris Causa)", each recipient being the subject of a one page encomium in Latin. Keynes's commences, "inter hospites praeclaros nostrorum unum honorare gaudemus, [...]" The previous owner, "Lt [?] E. Weber, KOSB", has signed to top of first page.
