He has been informed by Lord Marchmont that his correspondent is 'a son of my old acquaintance Colonel Tonyn', and for that reason, as well as 'for the respect I bear towards Lord Marchmont', he will 'be glad to shew you any civility in my power. He does not know when there will be 'a new General Commission of Justices of the Peace for the County of Bucks', but when there is, he will not forget Tonyn's request.
