Fair, on lightly-aged paper, with minor evidence of previous mounting on the reverse. Twenty-six lines of text. Addressed to 'Worshipful Sir', who has been 'Nominated, Approved, and Appointed a Governor of CHRIST'S HOSPITAL'.
