With maps and diagrams. 694pp., 8vo, original red boards, faint foxing, mainly good condition. Some pencil notes on back endpaper. Inscribed by author: "Rev. J. de Guerin | With the author's | Christian regards | December, 1911." Scarce.

Pamphlet, [23] pages, sm.8vo, grey wraps (prob. not original), one gathering partially detached, pages dulled, some pages opened crudely, no loss of text, mainly good. COPAC records on the BL copy and there is a copy at the Houghton. No other yet traced.

Morning Herald, 4pp., broadsheet, fold maks and wear and tear, but complete and clear. On page 2 is Letter V of Southcott's Letters ofProphecy", its original publication. A contemporary hand has added a horizontal note in the margin: "The Bishops Death of a certainty from the King's Answer."

Welsh puritan (1618-51), executed for plotting against the Commonwealth. The passage in cipher is presumably Love's prophecy that the world would be destroyed in 1805, followed by an age of everlasting peace when God would be known by all. Two pages, on the two leaves of a quarto bifoliate. On Durham & Co. laid paper. Grubby, stained, creased and discoloured, but entirely legible. Prophecy in cypher on thirty-one lines. Occasional names (Oliver Cromwell, Seth Adams, Sodom & Gomorah) in normal script, as well as a number of dates from 1651 to 1800.
