Ibbett, who, for many years, dealt in original and rare works, in the City of London,) has in her possession the Psalms and Hymns of Dr. Isaac Watts, in his own handwriting (bound). Printed on a slip of laid paper. Royal Crest at head. The announcement, signed in type by Bridgeman, is in sixteen lines of small type. Good, on lightly-aged paper. Tate and Brady have petitioned that they have, 'with their utmost Care and Industry, compleated A New Version of the Psalms of David', and their request that 'the said Version may be used in such Congregations as shall think fit to receive it' is agreed to.

12mo: 2 pp. On first leaf of bifolium. Good, on lightly aged and creased paper, with dogeared corners. Nine lines of text. The 'man for your purpose' is 'Mr G. Gray, the Diocesan Registry Peterboro''. 'He is intelligent & will do the work well I doubt not on receiving your instructions.' Loosely inserted is a leaf carrying biographical information in a contemporary hand.
