Five photographs relating to the cult series 'The Avengers' feature on five pages, including three photographs of 'Mrs Catherine Gale' (Honor Blackman), one with 'John Steed' (Patrick McNee), and two of sets (one 'a special two-tier section'). Scarce: the only copy on COPAC at the National Library of Scotland. From the J. P. Hawker papers.

Reporting the 'record character' of the 'financial result of the recent Anniversary Festival', and thanking Harmsworth for his 'great personal interest in the Festival which has led to the Funds of the Institution being so considerably increased' and 'splendid service', and requesting permission for his 'name to be thus permanently connected wtih the Charitable Work which your kind efforts have so very materially advanced'.

Reads 'I beg to acknowledge with thanks the receipt of your Journal of the 4th December, for which I am greatly obliged. | I enclose herewith the report of a recent meeting of this Association in exchange.' Signed 'R. B. Dunwoody'.
