Both items in good condition, on lightly aged and creased paper. Pamphlet: 4pp., 12mo. Bifolium. Covers printed in black, orange, red, yellow and blue. Both front and back covers edged in orange in distinctive Fougasse style.

[8]pp., fol., one blank leaf, fold mark down middle, good condition. The document gives the terms of the agreement, including (1a) the sale of "The shares and interests of the Vendors of and in the Companies set out in the Schedule [...] and/or other interests of the Vendors in all other foreign companies belonging to the Dunlop-Revere Emerge- Revere and Pirelli-Revere groups [...]" There are seven terms, and a schedule which lists various companies. The document has official stamps, and concludes with the Common Seals of both parties/companies, and the signatures of the seven witnesses.

Folder containing 'Pigeon Excerpt with Plates' from the 'Ornithology' of Francis Willughby [Willoughby], comprising three leaves of text and four plates from the original work of 1678. With printed label discussing Restoration 'English fanciers'.

Pigeon Excerpt with Plates'

The extract from Willughby's 1678 comprise three folio leaves paginated 179-184, containing the text of 'CHAP. XIV. | Of Doves or Pigeons in general.'; with plates xxxiii, xxxiv, xxxv and xxxvi, with representations of twenty doves or pigeons. Good, on lightly-aged paper. Loosely inserted in a twentieth-century folder, half bound in brown marbled boards with green cloth corners and spine. Label on front ('Francis Willoughby | Ornithology 1678 | Pigeon Excerpt with Plates'.
