He 'fell in, at Newport, in South Wales, with a youth of extraordinary ability as a player on the Harp - not the Welsh, but the Gothic instrument'. Although the youth, named 'Pollock', is 'Harpist to Lady Morgan', his income 'is scanty and fluctuating'. Exclaims 'What is to be done, Sir George!
