12mo. In original brown-cloth binding, with 'South Place Discourses' blind-stamped on spine. Internally tight, on aged and spotted paper. In worn, discoloured binding. Preceded by title and contents leaves to the collection. Waterlow and Sons are named as printers in six items: Item One at their premises in Great Winchester Street; Items Three, Four, Five, Six and Seven at London Wall. The first six items are by Conway. ONE: 'Intellectual Suicide', 16 pp. TWO: 'The First Love Again. A Discourse Delivered in the Church of the Redeemer, Cincinnati, Ohio, Nov.

12mo bifolium: 3 pp, with reverse of second leaf blank. Unbound. Good, on lightly aged and spotted paper. Names the officers on p.1, and gives the nine articles of consitution on pp.2 and 3. Small circular red stamp of the Webster Collection (no. 4156) in bottom right-hand corner of reverse of second leaf. No copy listed on COPAC.

Three printed plans (numbered 1, 2 and 3) each entitled "Plan of Property in the Isle of Ely belonging to the Master, Fellows and Scholars of Clare College, Cambridge. To be sold by auction by Messrs. Bidwell & Sons. June, 1912."

Each plan printed in black on one side of a piece of paper, with areas picked off in blue, green, orange, pink and yellow. Plan No. 1: 72 x 86 cm. Plan No. 2: 88 x 68 cm. Plan No. 3: 76 x 89 cm. The first two very good on lightly aged and creased paper; the third as the first two apart from some wear along a crease resulting in two areas of loss each roughly 2 1/2 x 1 1/2 cm. The various properties (over seventy lots) are numbered, with names of the proprietors of neighbouring estates given.
