SAINTS

Collier was the author of a number of melodramas and farces in the period between the Boer War and the Great War, including one written in conjunction with F. H. Dudley, but little is to be discovered about him, with no mention of these three titles. All three items in fair condition, on aged paper, in aged and worn bindings. With pencil emendations throughout, including extensive deletions.

12mo, 31 pp. Ruled cashbook. Bound in vellum, marbled edges and endpapers, remains of clasps. Text clear and complete, internally sound and tight, on lightly-aged paper. In Stained vellum binding. 'Registration Cash Book' in large manuscript on front cover, and 'Godolphin School Collection | Commencing Xmas 1856.' on back. The first twenty-eight pages of the volume are headed 'Cash Receipts for Fees for Registration'.

On one side of a piece of vellum, dimensions 24.5 x 31 cm. Neatly folded to make six rectangles. Entirely legible on discoloured vellum, with one small hole (not affecting text) caused by wear at one fold. The body of the document is printed over nine lines, with the specific information added in manuscript. Also in manuscript at the head: '[By] Sir George B Rodney Bart. KB.
