3pp., 4to. In good condition, on lightly aged and worn paper. And interesting and informative letter from a long-established couple of English settlers in Australia, to their kin in England. They have been prompted to write after viewing 'a Fox Short showing Bathing at Southend, Eastbourne, Bognor, Brighton and Blackpool taken during the Easter Holidays when you had a remarkable warm spell. To make it even we had a vicious little cold spell descend at the beginning of April [...]'.

2pp., 12mo. 37 lines of text. Bifolium. In fair condition, on aged and worn paper. The first sentence reads: 'Gegen das Projekt einer elektrischen Strassenbahn mit Erdleitung habe ich Einspruch erhoben und das Projekt ist von dem Polizei-Praesidium und von dem Ministerium fur offentliche Arbeiten untersagt worden.' The last paragraph refers to 'die Reichs-Telegraphic', 'Telephon', and 'Linien mit Erdleitung in Berlin', and contains a bar of music.

The prospectus is a four-page bifolium. Dimensions of leaf roughly 38.5 x 24 cm. Aged, creased and worn, and with slight loss to spine and with a panel in the second leaf worn through, resulting in loss of some of text. The prospectus is addressed by hand to 'Eton College Wilds Estate'. The 'form of application' is printed in green on one side of a leaf roughly 34 x 20.5 cm. It is in better condition than the prospectus, lightly creased and aged, and complete with a perforated 'Banker's Receipt'. Note: The Wilds Estate provided the land for Hampstead Garden Suburb and the Heath.
