Docketed on reverse of second leaf, presumably by Sidmouth: 'The Speaker, | Novr. ye. 19th: 1806. | Lord Harris's Proposal | Meeting of Parliament | &c -'. He has received Sidmouth's note, and reports that 'Lord Harrowby wrote me a full account of your Meetings on Lord Harris's proposals'.

Thirty-five pieces of business (signed in type by 'CHARLES ABBOT, Speaker'), from the 'Strensham (Worcester) Inclosure Act Amendment' to the 'Irish Lunatic Poor Committee', followed by seven Notices of Motions, ten Orders of the Day and the second reading of a Private Bill ('Dublin Gas Light Bill').
