Stamps of the New York Public Library on front cover and first page of text. On aged paper, with chipping to extremities. Scarce: the only copy of this fourth edition on COPAC at the British Library, and the only other copies of any other edition on COPAC - single copies of the first and third edition - both also at the British Library. The heading states that the presentation will take place 'at Free Masons' Hall, Great Queen Street, to the respective Candidates by His Royal Highness the Duke of Sussex, President, in the following order.' The text, laid out in double column, lists a total of sixty-four successful candidates, numbered under five headings: Agriculture, Chemistry, Polite Arts, Manufactures, Mechanics.
