4pp., 8vo. On the rectos only of four leaves stapled together at one corner. In fair condition, on aged paper with wear at foot. Printer's slug at foot of final page. The first page begins: 'KILLED 425 WOUNDED 1764 | This list of wounded only includes gunshot and bomb wounds. Very many of those kicked almost into pulp in the streets and left for dead are not included here.

Two Autograph Letters Signed and one Typed Letter Signed from the Labour Party politician Hugh Dalton to Morley Stuart, editor of the 'Cambridge Daily News', including references to the Cambridge By-Election of 1922.

The three items are clear and complete: good, on lightly-aged paper, with the two autograph letters carrying traces of the leaf of the album to which they were attached. First Autograph Letter: 4to, 1 p. Thanking Stuart, now that his 'campaign is over for the time being', for 'the very full, fair and accurate reports of all my meetings, which you have published in the Daily News'.

Typed Letter Signed by Bruce Long, concerning the William Desmond Taylor murder case, together with the first issue of Long's pamphlet 'Taylorology'.

Letter: 4to, 1 p. Twenty-six lines. Text clear and complete. On aged and worn paper, with a couple of holes, light staining and indentations. Addressed to 'Jon', whose book, with a 'chapter pertaining to the Taylor case' Long 'would like very much to see'. Long encloses the copy of 'Taylorology', of which he writes, 'Despite my intentions, there was only one issue due to very poor response -- only a dozen subscribers.' He boasts that his 'collected material on this case', 'primarily newspaper clippings', 'weighs over 30 lbs., with more information coming in every week'.
