In very good condition, on lightly-aged paper. The poem (24 lines in six stanzas) is written out on the letterhead 'Leam, | Leamington'. 1p., 12mo, with the blank second leaf of the bifolium tipped-in onto an 8vo leaf.

In very good condition, on brown spool 16.5 cm (6 1/2 inches) in diameter. In 17.5 cm square cardboard box, with title label on spine reading: 'M.30504 TOUCHDOWN MICKEY | FILM PRINTED IN ENGLAND', and broken blue label: 'GUARANT BAND | PATHESCOPE LTD.' The film was originally released by Disney on 15 October 1932 and runs to 6 mins 25 seconds. Mickey Mouse leads his team Mickey's Manglers to victory over the Alley Cats, as Goofy bungles through as sportscaster.

The accounts, with debits on the left and credits on the right, cover two and a half years' rental on Home Farm at £171 per anum, and one and a half years' rental on Broadfields at £82 2s 0d per anum. Signed note at end: '26 Sep.

The thirteen cards are all 13 x 7.5cm. All with 'POSTAL CARD' printed on front, and all with Cincinnati postmarks, nine also carrying Newport postmarks. All thirteen addressed to Siewers at Newport. The four plates (each 29 x 23.5 cm) are loose and unframed, in fair condition, aged and worn, with no margins, chipping to the edges, and with the corners cut off at a diagonal. Each title written in pencil in a contemporary hand on the reverse of the print, each with a price of '6d'. The subjects are not depicted in unattractive style, and are certainly not grotesques, but they are shown as 'simple', untroubled individuals, with the usual happy, gleaming brown faces and shiny white teeth.
